School Involvement

Dr. Herriot and his wife have volunteered for several school events, including career day and welcome to Kindergarten. Mrs. Herriot is a member to the school PAC and volunteers for hot lunch.

Sports teams

Dr. Herriot has coached hockey for 9 seasons. He’s discovered it is a great way to unwind after a busy day at the office.

Community Awards

In 2020 our business was recognized for the inaugural community award for our involvement in the community. Did you know that we also sponsor events, conferences, and sports teams; we host events to educate the public; and we travel to remote communities to provide eyecare, including Hudson’s Hope, Taylor, Doig River First Nation, Prophet River First Nation, and Blueberry River First Nation.
