Sometimes the unexpected occurs and you cannot make it to your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment we ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment so that we can use that time to assist other customers.
If you miss your appointment without notifying our staff, we require that you pay in advance for your next appointment. Your payment is held as a deposit. It is used to pay for the doctors exam fees and there will be no additional fees associated with your exam. If you choose to miss your appointment for a second time you will lose your deposit and must pay again before scheduling another appointment. To help you arrive on time for your appointment our staff will call to give you a reminder. Please ensure that we have your current phone number and email address.
